Ideal Candidates Will Have: Experience working with children or young people with special educational needs (SEN), particularly in a secondary school setting; Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude; Strong communication and teamwork skills; A flexible and proactive approach to supporting diverse learning needs; Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, or equivalent) are desirable but not essential.
