Job Description:

Supply Desk, in partnership with Buckinghamshire Council, is proud to offer a wide range of opportunities for Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants and Behaviour Mentors across the county. Whether you’re experienced or starting your journey in education, we’ll help you find a role that makes an impact.

Job Responsibility:

Support pupils 1:1, in small groups or within the classroom alongside the teacher

Requirements:

  • Enthusiastic individuals passionate about supporting students’ learning and wellbeing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, empathy and adaptability to work with diverse student needs
  • Prior experience in education or youth support (desirable but not essential)
  • Valid DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
