Job Description

Many secondary students just need one person to believe in them, help them crack a tough math problem, or provide a listening ear when things get overwhelming. If you want a role where no two days are the same and you can make a visible difference in your local community, this is it. We are looking for passionate Teaching Assistants (TAs) to join fantastic secondary schools across Liverpool. We have positions open for immediate starts as well as roles locking in for September 2026.

Job Responsibility

  • Support secondary students with academic and emotional needs
  • Help students with tough math problems
  • Provide a listening ear when things get overwhelming

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with young people (e.g., in schools, youth clubs, coaching, or mentoring)
  • Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships with teenagers
  • A patient, adaptable, and proactive approach to supporting different learning styles
  • Must hold (or be willing to process) an Enhanced DBS check and have the right to work in the UK
