An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant school team. This rewarding position is centred on enhancing the learning experience for special needs children aged 4-11 years. You will play a vital role in delivering focused, tailored support, particularly boosting skills in literacy and numeracy.

Job Responsibility:

Maintaining calm and positive classroom environment
Providing individual attention and group support according to the child's needs
Assist teacher and children with classroom materials and activities
Monitor student progress and report the same to the teacher and parents
Adhere to the school's policies and ensure child's safety

Requirements:

Genuine passion for education and child growth
Relevant teaching experience in the UK school
Eligibility to work in the UK
Professional references with clean records
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Driving on your own to the school is an advantage
