Job Description:

Performers wanted for flexible Teaching Assistant work in London primary schools. Use creativity, communication skills, and energy to inspire young minds. Roles available across all primary age groups (EYFS/KS1/KS2).

Job Responsibility:

  • Support children and teachers
  • Engage children in play-based learning (Early Years)
  • Help with phonics, numbers, and letters (Early Years)
  • Assist in structured classroom settings (Primary)
  • Support students with learning activities in English, Maths, and other subjects (Primary)
  • Work closely with specific children to build strong relationships and provide tailored support during lessons (SEN)

Requirements:

  • Hold an Enhanced DBS disclosure
  • Complete the Philosophy Education registration process in line with DfE guidelines
  • Passionate and adaptable individuals who love working with children
  • Background in performing is beneficial
