Responsibilities Assist class teachers with the preparation of learning resources and daily activities. Provide targeted 1:1 and small group support for literacy and numeracy. Support students with diverse learning needs, including Special Educational Needs (SEN). Contribute to effective classroom behaviour management to promote a safe and positive learning environment. Ensure the safety and well-being of students during break and lunch periods. Adhere strictly to individual school policies and safeguarding procedures. Qualifications Proven experience working within a classroom or similar educational setting. A reliable, punctual, and highly professional approach to your duties. The ability to adapt quickly and effectively to new school environments and routines. A genuine commitment to supporting the educational development of primary-aged students.
