Job Description

Creative Graduates – Unqualified Teaching Assistant position at a fantastic Primary School in Southwark. The role involves using lateral thinking to encourage students within their learning process using creative outlets such as music, art, drama etc. This is a full time position starting in December 2025 for the full academic year, term time only.

Job Responsibility

Fulfilling Teaching Assistant duties across all year groups (EYFS/KS1/KS2)
Holding 1:1 and group interventions for core subjects (English & Mathematics)
Providing additional support for SEN pupils (ASD, ADHD, Dyslexia etc)
Preparing materials for classes
Maintaining a safe classroom
Promoting a fun environment for the pupils to learn within

Requirements

Have a drive and passion for working in education
Have a creative and innovative thinking pattern that is adaptable to the pupil's needs
Previous experience working with children
Hold a creative degree (Music, Arts, Drama etc)

Nice to have

SEN experience/knowledge is desirable but not necessary
