Job Responsibility:
Providing one-on-one and small group support to students
Assisting the class teacher with daily tasks and lesson preparation
Helping to manage classroom behaviour and create a calm, focused atmosphere
Supporting students with their reading, writing, and numeracy skills
Contributing to a positive and inclusive school culture
Requirements:
A genuine passion for working with primary-aged children
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, creativity, and a supportive nature
The ability to work effectively as part of a team
Experience in a school or childcare setting is a plus, but a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn are what truly matter!
