Role Overview: Location: Bristol Pay Rate: £88-95 per day Job Type: Part Time/ Supply work Start Date: January As a Teaching Assistant, you will collaborate with the class teacher to support students' learning and growth. You will be instrumental in helping children reach their full potential by offering both one-on-one and group support. This is a dynamic and fulfilling role, where you'll play an active part in each child's educational experience.

Job Responsibility:

Assist the teacher in delivering lessons, helping students engage with the curriculum
Work closely with students who need extra help
Help students build confidence, independence, and a love for learning, motivating them to reach their personal goals
Support the teacher in assessing and tracking student progress
Communicate the child's progress with parents, teacher and the staff
Follow school's safeguarding policies and procedures

Requirements:

Eligible to work in the UK
Provide professional references
Enhanced DBS on the update service
Genuine interest in providing learning support
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
