We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Teaching assistant who is committed to provide their expert support to the children and the teacher by contributing to academic excellence. As a Teaching assistant you will have the opportunity to assist in classroom activities, help create an inclusive and engaging learning atmosphere. Job Responsibility:

Providing timely and relevant assistance in the classroom
Creating an engaging and positive environment
Look after a child's physical, social and emotional welfare
Adapt teaching support according to student's needs
Watch, record and report the progress that students make
Safeguarding the children, engaging them in activities

Requirements:

Must be eligible to work in the UK
Have relevant teaching assistant experience
Able to provide 2 professional references
Enhanced DBS on the update service
Excellent communication skills and empathetic skills
Aware of safeguarding policies

Nice to have:

good behaviour management skills
good classroom management
good communication skills
key stage 1 experience
key stage 2 experience
knowledge of curriculum
