Affinity Workforce is proud to be the recruitment partner for the Castleford Academies Trust, supporting a network of inclusive and supportive primary and secondary schools across Castleford. We are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants and SEND Teaching Assistants to support pupils across a variety of school settings. About the Roles We are offering: Teaching Assistant and SEND Teaching Assistant positions; Primary and Secondary school settings; Full-time, part-time, and flexible opportunities; Day-to-day, long-term, and ongoing roles. These roles involve providing in-class support, small group interventions, and 1:1 assistance, particularly for pupils with SEND, SEMH, or additional learning needs.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience preferred)
  • SEND experience is desirable but not essential
