Job Responsibility

  • Supporting the class teacher in delivering educational activities
  • Assisting with student supervision and ensuring a safe learning environment
  • Providing individual and group support to students as directed
  • Helping to create and maintain resources for learning activities
  • Collaborating with the teacher to monitor and track student progress

Requirements

  • Relevant experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with students
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school environments
  • A genuine passion for supporting the educational development of students
