Job Description:

Randstad is working with exceptional schools across West Sussex and Surrey to recruit enthusiastic individuals ready to grow their skills and support student development. In this term-time role, you'll support children aged 4-11, playing a key part in their social, emotional, and academic growth.

Job Responsibility:

Provide one-on-one or small group support to learners
Serve as a positive role model in the classroom
Assist the class teacher in organising resources and activities
Build strong, positive relationships with staff, students, and their families
Collaborate with fellow staff members to create an inclusive learning environment
Bring enthusiasm and dedication to your role every day

Requirements:

A genuine passion for working with children and inspiring a love of learning
GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English at grade C or above
Experience working with children or in childcare
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
Confidence and motivation to support individuals or small groups
An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
Eligibility to work in the UK (No sponsorship available)
