Job Description:

A reputed primary school is seeking passionate and dedicated teaching assistants to join its dynamic team of teaching staff and make a significant contribution towards children's growth and academic excellence.

Job Responsibility:

Foster and maintain positive classroom environment
Assist with setting up activities, distributing resources, and organising classroom materials
Work one to one with children or in small groups and help them overcome difficulties
Monitor children's attendance, progress and prepare reports
Communicate with teachers and parents regarding the child's performance and development
Adhere to the school's policies and procedures

Requirements:

Previous experience as TA in the UK school
Eligibility to work in the UK
UK Driving Licence
Enhanced child DBS on the update service
Strong communication skills and behaviour management
Ability to interact and engage with children
