Essential Qualities: A deep-seated passion for working with children. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - you'll be interacting with students, teachers, and parents. The ability to work seamlessly as part of a team, supporting and collaborating with colleagues. A crucial willingness to learn and adapt to the diverse and ever-evolving needs of our students. Desirable Experience & Qualifications: Relevant experience working with primary-aged children (though not essential, it will be highly regarded). A relevant qualification, such as a Teaching Assistant qualification, or other related experience. Your Impact as a Teaching Assistant: You will be an integral part of the classroom, directly supporting both our teachers and our pupils. Your responsibilities will include: Providing tailored support to the classroom teacher to enhance learning experiences. Working effectively with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning and provide targeted assistance. Assisting with classroom management to maintain a positive and productive learning atmosphere. Preparing engaging learning materials and resources. Actively contributing to a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for all children.
