We are seeking enthusiastic and caring Teaching Assistants to join our team and provide valuable support to students in secondary schools across Sussex. Job Responsibility:

Providing direct support to students in the classroom, assisting teachers with delivering lessons and creating a positive learning environment
Working with individual students or small groups, providing tailored support and guidance to help them achieve their full potential
Building rapport with students quickly, fostering a respectful and productive atmosphere
Being part of a supportive team, contributing to the wider school community and potentially taking on additional responsibilities such as supporting extracurricular activities

Requirements:

A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students
A passion for supporting young people to learn and achieve their potential
