Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Teaching Assistant to join our educational team. In this role, you will provide essential support to the teaching staff and contribute to the development of a structured and effective learning environment. This position is ideal for an individual who is organised, patient, and committed to facilitating high-quality educational experiences.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist lead educators in the daily preparation and delivery of curriculum materials
  • Provide individualised support to students to ensure they meet their academic goals
  • Maintain a safe, orderly, and encouraging classroom environment
  • Supervise students during school activities and transitions, ensuring safety protocols are followed
  • Operate official transport as required, necessitating a valid driver's licence
  • Collaborate with faculty to develop and implement effective instructional strategies

Requirements

  • Possession of a valid driver's licence
  • Relevant experience in education or a related field
  • Proven experience in supporting educational programs or working with students
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to maintaining professional standards and student confidentiality
  • Ability to work effectively within an established academic framework
