Are you a Teaching Assistant (or aspiring TA) looking for rewarding work in Worthing? We work with a range of SEN and SEMH schools and are looking for calm, patient, and committed individuals to support pupils with additional needs. These roles are ideal for people who are passionate about making a difference, enjoy working in supportive school environments, and are confident supporting children with a range of learning, behavioural, and emotional needs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support pupils with additional needs
  • Support pupils in the classroom or on a one-to-one basis
  • Support children with a range of learning, behavioural, and emotional needs

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children or young people (education, care, youth work, or similar)
  • A calm, patient, and resilient approach
  • Confidence supporting pupils in the classroom or on a one-to-one basis
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
  • Right to work in the UK or hold a valid work visa
  • Provide suitable references for pre-employment checks
  • Hold an enhanced DBS on the Children’s Workforce (or Children’s & Adults’) update service, or be willing to obtain one
