Job Responsibility:

Directly support children with their educational tasks, focusing on small groups or individual attention
Encourage the development of essential skills such as reading, writing, and number work
Assist the class teacher with general classroom organisation, preparing materials, and setting up activities
Oversee and ensure the well-being of pupils during lesson time, breaks, and lunch periods
Promote positive behaviour and help maintain a calm, focused, and respectful classroom atmosphere

Requirements:

Legal Right to Work in the UK
Enhanced Child DBS check or willingness to undertake one
Compassion and Patience
Consistent, punctual, and fully committed to the role
Positive and Proactive Mindset
Good communication skills
Ability to build good relationships with children and staff
Ability to easily move between tasks and different age groups
