This leading school for autistic children near Guildford is seeking dedicated and caring Class Support Assistants or Teaching Assistants, to join their team!

Job Responsibility:

  • Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging and effective lessons
  • Provide individual support to students, helping them access the curriculum and develop essential skills
  • Contribute to creating a positive and safe learning environment where every student feels valued and empowered

Requirements:

  • GCSE Maths and English Level 2/C or above qualification
  • Understanding of the Safeguarding principles and Child Protection procedures
  • Own means of transport
  • Genuine passion for working with children with special needs
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Enthusiasm for learning new skills
