Job Description:

A primary school in Burgess Hill is seeking a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to provide support for children with additional needs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children in a small group setting and is eager to make a positive impact on their learning.

Job Responsibility:

Work with a small group of students with diverse needs, providing individualized support and creating a nurturing environment

Requirements:

Experience working with children, ideally in a primary school setting
A patient, caring, and supportive approach to working with children with additional needs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
