Job Description:

EdEx is seeking Creative Graduates – Unqualified Teaching Assistants for a primary school in Greenwich starting full-time September 2025. The position involves supporting classroom teachers, providing additional help for SEN pupils, and promoting creative learning environments through arts, drama, and music.

Job Responsibility:

Fulfilling Teaching Assistant duties across all year groups (EYFS/KS1/KS2)
Holding 1:1 and group interventions for core subjects (English & Mathematics)
Providing additional support for SEN pupils (ASD, ADHD, Dyslexia etc)
Preparing materials for classes
Maintaining a safe classroom
Promoting a fun environment for the pupils to learn within

Requirements:

Have a drive and passion for working in education
Have a creative and innovative thinking pattern that is adaptable to the pupil’s needs
Previous experience working with children
SEN experience/knowledge is desirable but not necessary
Hold a creative degree (Music, Arts, Drama etc)

SEN experience/knowledge
