Teaching Assistant

• Supporting students, ensuring their understanding and engagement
• Assisting teachers in delivering differentiated lesson plans and learning resources
• Providing one-on-one and small group interventions to reinforce key mathematical concepts
• Tailoring support for students with autism spectrum conditions, helping them overcome learning challenges
• Monitoring student progress and reporting on development to help shape ongoing support strategies
• Fostering a positive, inclusive environment where all students feel supported in their educational journey

• Strong proficiency in Maths and English (up to GCSE level)
• Experience working with students with special educational needs, especially those on the autism spectrum (desirable but not essential)
• A genuine passion for helping students succeed, with patience, empathy, and adaptability
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work effectively in a vibrant school environment
