Targeted Triumphs: Providing focused, individual, and small-group support to help every student excel in core subjects. Creating a Haven: Cultivating a positive, inclusive, and highly supportive classroom culture where every child feels they belong. Mastering the Flow: Skillfully assisting with behaviour management to maintain a structured and productive environment. Empowering SEN Pupils: Providing crucial, specialist support to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Job Responsibility

  • Assisting teachers in the delivery of captivating lessons
  • Providing focused, individual, and small-group support to help every student excel in core subjects
  • Cultivating a positive, inclusive, and highly supportive classroom culture where every child feels they belong
  • Skillfully assisting with behaviour management to maintain a structured and productive environment
  • Providing crucial, specialist support to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)

Requirements

  • A caring, patient, and highly encouraging spirit
  • Previous experience working with children (ideally in a primary setting)
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities
  • A non-negotiable commitment to safeguarding and child welfare

Nice to have

  • CACHE level 1 or 2
  • CACHE level 2 or 3
