Job Description

As our school continues to grow, our staff team needs to expand to. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Teaching Assistant to join our small and friendly team. This is an opportunity to play an important role in our village primary school. This is a fixed term contract for one school year starting in September 2026. Term time only: Yes. Salary type: Bucks Pay. Hours: Part-time.

Job Responsibility

Requirements

A friendly, positive, pro-active team member, with good interpersonal skills
Good literacy and numeracy skills
Ability to positively contribute to, and implement activities and play
Communicate effectively with children, parents and other staff
Ability to remain calm
Lead by example, modelling the school's values
ideally qualified to Level 3, but candidates without this qualification will be considered

Qualified to Level 3
