Job Description:

Teaching Assistant Required for a Secondary School in Horsham. Are you passionate about education and eager to make a difference in the lives of young learners? Job Responsibility:

Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
Assist in the planning and preparation of learning activities
Work with small groups or individual students to provide additional support and intervention
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Help with the management of classroom resources and materials
Support students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)
Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities
Provide feedback to teachers on student progress and any issues that arise

Requirements:

Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting
A genuine passion for education and helping students achieve their potential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude
Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning) are desirable but not essential
