Teaching Assistants Urgently Required - Make a Difference in Schools around Horley. Are you a passionate and dedicated individual looking for flexible work opportunities to support young people? We are seeking enthusiastic and caring Teaching Assistants to join our team and provide valuable support to students in secondary schools across Surrey. Job Responsibility:

  • Providing direct support to students in the classroom, assisting teachers with delivering lessons and creating a positive learning environment
  • Working with individual students or small groups, providing tailored support and guidance to help them achieve their full potential
  • Building rapport with students quickly, fostering a respectful and productive atmosphere
  • Being part of a supportive team, contributing to the wider school community and potentially taking on additional responsibilities such as supporting extracurricular activities

Requirements:

  • A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students
