Job Description:

Teaching Assistant in a Training School. Are you passionate about making a real difference in a child's life? We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Teaching Assistant to join our team in a dynamic training school. This is an urgent, high-priority role for someone with a genuine passion for supporting young learners and helping them reach their full potential.

Job Responsibility:

Providing individualised academic and emotional support to pupils
Assisting with lesson delivery and implementing positive behavioural strategies
Tracking pupil progress and celebrating their achievements
Fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
Maintaining open communication with parents, teachers, and other support staff
Participating in professional development to enhance your skills in child development and teaching

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in an educational setting
A driver's licence and access to a vehicle are essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
