Job Responsibility:
Implement complex EHCP goals and follow tailored learning pathways using your existing knowledge of SEN strategies
Work as an equal alongside an on-site team of Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and specialised teaching staff
Use your resilience and de-escalation skills within a positive, low-arousal environment designed to minimise anxiety and maximise engagement
Utilise our extensive 23-acre site to facilitate high-quality outdoor learning and community-based life skills
Requirements:
Experience working with complex needs (ASC, SLCN, or SEMH)
Proficiency in (or a desire to master) Makaton, PECS, or other AAC methods
Ability to track progression in attainment
