Job Description:

Support students aged 11-16 at a dedicated SEN secondary school in Smallfield, fostering their academic, social, and emotional potential. Promote positive relationships and behavior strategies using the three Rs (Regulate, Relate, Reason). Collaborate closely with colleagues and families to create a supportive learning environment.

Job Responsibility:

Support students aged 11-16 with their academic, social, and emotional development
foster trusting relationships with students and families
collaborate with colleagues, families, and specialists
apply relational approaches to behavior
encourage positive social skills and conflict resolution
address students' unmet needs

Requirements:
