Job Responsibility:

Build strong, supportive connections with students, boosting their confidence and well-being
Encourage independence and uphold high standards of behavior and engagement
Assist in creating and delivering exciting, tailored learning activities
Support teachers in managing the classroom and ensuring smooth daily operations
Respond to the unique needs of each student with flexibility and creativity
Collaborate with a diverse, multi-professional team to meet students' individual needs

Requirements:

A positive attitude and a real passion for working with young people
GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English
No previous experience needed - full training is provided
A commitment to safeguarding and protecting young people
Creativity, patience, and an ability to adapt to meet students' needs
