Job Description:

Every Wednesday, spend two hours engaging the children in English through play-based learning. The family is relocating to San Diego in July 2026. The boys currently have limited English, so sessions will focus on building comfort with the language through fun, interactive exposure and reinforcing basic vocabulary in a relaxed, supportive environment. The sessions can also be held during the school holidays.

Job Responsibility:

  • Spend two hours engaging the children in English through play-based learning
  • 20-30 minutes of one-on-one time with each child
  • Remaining time spent on a shared activity (arts & crafts, cooking, reading, games, songs - all in English)
  • Focus on building comfort with the language through fun, interactive exposure
  • Reinforcing basic vocabulary in a relaxed, supportive environment

Requirements:

  • 3 months tutoring/teaching experience
  • Fluent English (level C2)
  • Energetic, creative and resourceful
  • Familiar with US language and culture
