Job Description:

Oxbridge graduate opportunity to gain hands-on classroom experience in a structured, supportive environment at a high-performing secondary school in Wandsworth, ideal for graduates looking to transition into teaching through routes such as Schools Direct, PGCE or salaried training.

Job Responsibility:

Support a subject-specialist department
Work closely with pupils across KS3-KS4 with some exposure to KS5
Assist in delivering high-quality lessons and interventions
Play a key role in driving academic progress and high aspirations

Requirements:

2:1 or First-Class Degree from Oxford or Cambridge University
Excellent academic background (e.g., AAA at A-Level or equivalent)
Subject strength and intellectual curiosity
Natural communicator with confidence and drive

Committed to pursuing a career in teaching
