Job Responsibility:

Provide vital support to the class teacher and students
Help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Assist with educational activities
Provide one-on-one or small-group support

Requirements:

Compassionate individual with a genuine passion for working with young people
Experience supporting children or young adults with diverse needs (e.g., care home, youth centre, therapy setting, support worker)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patient, understanding, and adaptable
Experience working with individuals with diverse learning needs or disabilities is a significant advantage

Nice to have:

Experience as a teaching assistant
A relevant qualification in education or childcare
