A fresh start awaits: Step into a new role this April. Location: High Schools across Warrington & Cheshire (WA1-WA5). Roles: We offer both long term and day to day supply. With the final term of the academic year fast approaching, we are looking for energetic and adaptable Teaching Assistants to join our Warrington network. As schools gear up for the peak exam season and welcome Year 6 pupils for their transition days, your role will be pivotal in keeping the momentum high.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist subject teachers with general classroom management
  • Support small groups of students with their daily classwork
  • Help prepare learning materials and classroom displays
  • Provide a positive presence during hall duties and break times
  • Assist with administrative tasks to keep the school day running smoothly
  • Guide students through revision tasks during the exam season

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a coaching, mentoring, youth-work or education setting
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written English to effectively support student learning
  • Compliance: An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or a commitment to apply for one)
  • Reliability: Excellent punctuality and a commitment to the school's term-time schedule
