Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our Year 4 classroom team. The successful candidate will support classroom learning, assist with lesson delivery, and help create a positive and engaging learning environment for all pupils.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the teacher in delivering lessons and managing classroom activities
  • Assist children with learning tasks and provide one-to-one or small group support where needed
  • Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment
  • Support children’s social and emotional development
  • Assist with preparation and tidying of classroom resources

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children in a school or similar environment
  • Patience, reliability, and a proactive attitude
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
