Teaching Assistant

Randstad Education is partnering with an alternative provision centre in Crawley, providing full-time places for children and young people who have been permanently excluded, those at risk of exclusion, and those out of school for medical reasons. Seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join their team on a long-term basis. Role involves working with diverse learners ranging from KS3 to KS4, offering tailored support to help students overcome barriers to learning.
