Every classroom has a rhythm. Be the heartbeat that keeps it steady - Primary Teaching Assistant Opportunities in Bristol. Randstad Education is recruiting enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistants to work in a network of schools across the Bristol area. This is a Term-Time Only contract offering both Full-Time or Part-Time flexibility. You will be a vital partner to teachers and pupils, focused on creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning experience for young children.

Job Responsibility:

Assisting teachers in delivering lessons and activities
Providing targeted support to individual students or small groups, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Helping with behaviour management and maintaining classroom structure
Organising teaching resources and materials
Participating in school events and parent meetings as required

Requirements:

Experience working with children (ideally in a primary school)
A caring, patient, and encouraging manner
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A firm commitment to safeguarding and child welfare (enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references required)

Nice to have:

Relevant qualifications are a bonus but not essential
