Randstad Education is working with a primary school in Warrington to recruit a dedicated and empathetic 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support childildren with special needs from age 1-6 years. This role offers the chance to make a real difference, with the possibility of a permanent position for the right candidate.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide one-on-one support to children with Special Education Needs
  • Act as a positive role model, building strong and supportive relationships with students
  • Work with the class teacher to support lesson delivery
  • Demonstrate patience, enthusiasm, and professionalism in all interactions
