Teaching Assistant

• Provide one-on-one and group support for children with complex needs
• Assist in creating and delivering tailored learning plans
• Support the classroom teacher with lesson planning and behaviour management
• Help with personal care and mobility where required
• Build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents

• Must have an Enhanced DBS check on the updated service or be willing to apply for one
• Minimum of 6 months of experience working in UK schools
• Experience working with children with complex education needs (preferred)
• Able to commit to working long-term/ Full-Time
• Ideally available for 5 days in a week (Monday - Friday)
