Job Description:

A fantastic Secondary School in Tower Hamlets is seeking graduates to work as Teaching Assistants. This role includes supporting students in KS4-5, running GCSE & A-Level interventions, and enrolling on the aspiring teacher program. The school is graded 'Outstanding' by Ofsted.

Job Responsibility:

Working across KS4-5 with a focus on raising attainment
Carrying out GCSE & A Level interventions
Enrolling on the aspiring Secondary Teacher Program (Schools Direct)

Requirements:

Desirable degree in relevant subject from a reputable University
Good A Levels & GCSEs across the board
Confidence in ability and knowledge of the GCSE & A Level curriculum
Ability to engage and motivate students
Commitment and ambition to succeed
