Teaching Assistant

Experience: While experience as a teaching assistant is a plus, we highly value experience gained from other roles supporting children or young adults with diverse needs. This could include experience in a care home, youth centre, therapy setting, or as a support worker. Qualifications: A relevant qualification in education or childcare is desirable but not essential.
