Job Responsibility:
Support learning and teaching across the curriculum, from primary to secondary school
Collaborate with teachers to plan, prepare, and deliver tailored learning activities for individuals, groups, or entire classes
Provide personalised learning support within our student-centred philosophy
Motivate and guide students in developing their attributes, skills, and knowledge
Build positive and responsive relationships with students, addressing their unique needs
Continuously monitor and assess student progress through various evaluation methods
Offer objective and informative feedback and reports on student achievement

Requirements:
Recent experience as a Teaching Assistant or a similar role, or possess relevant life experience and a genuine enthusiasm for working with students aged 7+
Acquire knowledge or demonstrate a willingness to learn about the National curriculum and additional support needs
