Make a Real Difference: Teaching Assistant Role in WA3. Do you have a passion for supporting young learners and helping them thrive? Randstad Education is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in WA3. Job Responsibility:

Collaborate with teachers to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment
Provide one-to-one and small group support
Assist students with additional learning needs
Build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents

Requirements:

UK school experience (essential)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
Two references (one safeguarding)
