This setting has a community ethos, where everyone is treated as equals and everyone works together to achieve their common goals! This setting is a specialist primary and secondary school supporting approx 100 students with Autism or associated needs. This setting boasts bright transitional spaces, inviting and modern classrooms, state of the art recreational areas, outdoor learning spaces. Students love to attend this setting and feel safe and secure in achieve there educational and personal goals. This setting and all staff go above and beyond to ensure that every child feels heard, seen and supported. This position is needed on a permanent basis and is a full time opportunity. The working week is Monday-Friday 8:30-4:00pm. Full training will be provided and you will have immediate access to free and fully funded qualifications. Job Responsibility

  • Supporting in the delivery of engaging and interactive lessons and educational activities
  • Supporting learners with SEN on a 1:1, small group and whole class basis

Requirements

  • Experience (voluntary or paid) working with children and young adults
  • Relevant SEN experience (desirable)
  • GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
