Teaching Assistant – Secondary School (Mainstream) | Crawley | Flexible Opportunities. Do you enjoy working with young people and want a role where you can genuinely make a difference every single day? Pink Tile Education is working with a number of welcoming mainstream secondary schools in Crawley who are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and positive individuals to join them as Teaching Assistants.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting students in lessons across a range of subjects
Helping young people stay focused, engaged, and confident in their learning
Working 1:1 or in small groups to provide extra support where needed
Encouraging positive behaviour and helping create a calm learning environment
Building strong, supportive relationships with students
Assisting teaching staff with classroom activities and resources

Requirements:

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
Available 3–5 days per week (term time only)
Availability between 08:30 – 15:30
Right to work in the UK

Nice to have:

Backgrounds such as youth work, sports coaching, tutoring, care work, or customer-facing roles (all transferable!)
