Job Description:

EdEx is recruiting for a Teaching Assistant (Level 2 or Level 3) in Hackney, London. This full-time, long-term role involves supporting students with their learning activities in a primary school rated 'Outstanding' by Ofsted. The successful candidates will work closely with students across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 and will be provided with training, support, and a strong work environment.

Job Responsibility:

Support children with their reading, writing, and various learning activities
Provide support to pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
Work with groups of children to carry out valuable interventions.

Requirements:

Have a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in supporting Teaching and Learning in schools (or any equivalent qualifications/experience)
Previous experience working with children
Passion for supporting education and students
Availability to work long-term (September 2025 to July 2026)
Ability to provide support to pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
Capacity to work with groups of children to carry out interventions.

Nice to have:

Plenty of CPD, training and support from SLT and external training providers
Previous experience in a UK primary school setting.
