Job Responsibility:

Providing one-on-one or small group support to students
Assisting with the preparation of learning materials and classroom displays
Helping to manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning atmosphere
Supporting students with their academic, social, and emotional development
Assisting students with special educational needs (SEN) where applicable
Supervising students during activities, break times, and trips

Requirements:

Experience working with children or young people, ideally within an educational setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patient, empathetic, and understanding
Proactive, adaptable, and a good team player
Genuine desire to contribute to the development and well-being of students

Nice to have:

Holds a relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification (e.g., Teaching Assistant, Childcare, Education)
