Job Description

Teaching Assistants Needed for lovely schools across Horsham, supporting KS1 and Early Years pupils with additional needs. A role where you can truly make a difference each day.

Job Responsibility

General classroom support
Targeted SEN support
Working alongside experienced teachers and fantastic SENCOs
Helping create a calm, positive learning environment
Supporting phonics, early literacy, numeracy and play‑based activities

Requirements

Experience supporting children with SEN (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech & language needs, etc.)
Warm, patient and child‑centred approach
Confident building relationships with young learners
Reliable, friendly and professional
Team player with good communication skills
Someone who genuinely loves helping children progress
Must hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS check or Enhanced check for Regulated Activity with the Disclosure & Barring Services
