This rewarding role involves working closely with pupils across both mainstream and SEN settings, providing tailored support to help them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Each child is unique, and your approach will be adapted to meet their individual needs. You’ll work alongside classroom teachers and the SENCO to help pupils achieve their personalised learning goals, often through 1:1 support and small group interventions.
